Off-Hours
Our Reservation's office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Teaching spaces are opened by Custodial Services during their morning rounds and secured by AV staff after the last booked reservation of the day. If you have a confirmed reservation which includes time outside the standard 8:30 am to 5:00 pm work day, you must contact our AV unit to make special arrangements.
