Event Photography
Our photographers are available by appointment to record your events. All shoots scheduled during normal working hours require at least one week prior notification. All off hour assignments require at least two weeks of notification.
We cover everything from commencements, award ceremonies to fundraising events. We work both on and off campus.

Our hourly rate for services is billed from the time we leave our unit until the time we return. Off hours rates are based at 1.5 times the hourly rate with a two-hour minimum, plus materials.

The following information must be submitted on a Media Services requisition at least one week in advance.

• Name and phone number of contact person that will be at event
• Brief description of event
• Event Location
• Start time
• End time
• Key photos to be captured
• Any special release/permissions for us to take photos
• Necessary badges for unlimited access to cover event
• Security/Police covering the event must be informed of the presence of our photography staff for full clearance

All Public Relations Photography is permanently archived by our unit. Images are placed in a searchable database for future print and electronic production use.


All public relations and portrait photography requires a signed consent form. Forms may be obtained from the unit or download form.

Editorial Photography
High quality photography of staged situations for your brochure or website can be obtained through our department. Our experienced staff provides you with the resources to communicate ideas effectively. It is recommended to schedule an appointment with one of our photographers to discuss your needs and to formulate a shot list.

Portraits and Passports
Portraits are taken in our studio with various backgrounds and controlled lighting. Client review of the session is electronic and immediate. On-location environmental portraits are an alternative to capture subjects in engaging exchanges with peers and colleagues in a familiar setting.

All portraits are by appointment only.

All portrait sessions are permanently archived in our portrait database for future use.

Passport photos are available in our studio for your convenience on Wednesdays between 10 and 11am or by appointment.
