 . Audio Visual Classroom Support Services provides on-site technical assistance to the academic, research, clinical, and administrative populations resident in the HSC, BST, and SBUH. This unit monitors and maintains the installed equipment in the academic spaces of the HSC, manages the HSC AV loan-out equipment pool and provides production services upon request. As a centralized AV resource, this service also provides consultation services, conference room management and assistance with product specifications for procurement.

Services available include:

AV Equipment Loan-out
Full inventory of traditional and digital presentation equipment

Institutional AV Services
Routine AV equipment maintenance/repairs, troubleshooting/resolving equipment problems, client training, procurement and project consultations, providing teaching facility maintenance reports.

Cost Recovery Services
Charge back client support services not covered by instititional funding or allocations.

Audience Response System
Interactive instructional polling

Videoconferencing and Audioconferencing Coordination
ISDN-based, Multipoint, Satellite
