INSTITUTIONAL AV SERVICES
AV staff provides the following client support services: client training on proper operation of our equipment and specific set-up carts of client owned equipment and offer complete training in its proper use assist clients with equipment recommendations and procurement consult with departments renovating teaching spaces or conference rooms collaborate with outside contractors and provide project management respond to emergency calls regarding equipment troubles, regardless of ownership, troubleshoot and correct problems, either over the phone or through rapid dispatch courtesy repairs to audio and video cassettes and minor maintenance/repairs routinely provides maintenance reports to the East Campus Physical Plant acts as liason with Public Safety to report and resolve security issues Complete access to the Lecture Halls AV system is available Monday through Friday assures availability of chalk and erasers in all teaching spaces scheduled |
