If your event requires services provided by the presence of an AV technician, that coverage is billed at an hourly or unit rate. Normal business hours are defined as 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Off Hour Requests
Early morning, evening and weekend coverage is available upon request and timely scheduling. Rates for services required during these off hours are 50% higher and are applied for a minimum of 2 hours. Off hour service rates do not apply to academic degree program courses of HSC schools requesting AV services. Course numbers will be required to waive the surcharge.

Rush Requests
We encourage clients to make arrangements for AV services as soon as they have confirmed meeting space assignments. Staffing is limited and duty assignments are booked as received. Last minute requests, if they can be accommodated, often require juggling priorities and prior commitments. Rush rates may be applied to requests placed with less than a 5 day lead time, are dependent upon staff availability and type of service(s) required, and may require prior approval of the AV supervisor.
