With Audience Response software, you can create interactive presentations. The Audience Response System (ARS) is a computerized system by which the participants can enter responses to questions on hand-held, wireless computer terminals. These terminals transmit the audience’s responses back to a computer that displays a summary of the results for the audience to view. We can accommodate up to 100 participants.

Please note that clients must arrange for AV set-up services in order to use this equipment.

Use of this technology requires installation of Powerpoll and winquiry software on your computer. The Powerpoll software becomes a plug-in for the Microsoft Office PowerPoint program and allows the user to create “poller” slides.
Software and instruction booklet are available for download or may be borrowed from the AV office. AV offers client training through demonstration of the software and equipment.

Classroom Performance System

eInstruction's CPS provides instructors with another method of creating interactive classroom instruction. CPS consists of proprietary software and hardware. Creation of a CPS database allows instructors to construct, organize and deliver questions utilizing CPS software or use of existing PowerPoint lessons. Students respond to these questions with a personal response pad and results are displayed at the end of polling times by a histogram.
